The text on screen says "it's typical for girls to" I don't see how this is accepted and I don't see I think that the standards are the same, but they wanted to accomplish the 3/5 with help of social media and similar stuff. Maybe changes in standard are coming soon. 1	Hawaii proposes "A Feminist Economic Recovery Plan for COVID-19". Contains dozens of women only benefits, including a higher minimum wage (only for women) and better healthcare (only for women). As someone else pointed out, it is poorly worded. It can easily be interpreted in many ways. Either raising the minimum wage for everyone to the living wage for single mothers, raising the minimum wage for single mothers to 24.80/hour or raising the minimum wage for single parents to to 24.80/hour.
