I empathize with your pain and I'm happy you've found a way to be comfortable with yourself, but I can't get behind one single thing: why changing the meaning of man and woman? It would be meaningless, until some folk start to change other concepts too in order to unfairly fit, such as fe/male spaces and sexual orientation. The cognitive dissonance some of us feel when talking about a lesbian couple when one (or even both) has a male body is too strong to ignore.
