Ah...that's probably why. As far as I know, it's not used that way in the U.S.

Where is that slang? Like, where do they use that? I've never once heard that before...and now I'm sure I'll hear it everywhere...

"unless you're shouting"? what does that mean? That doesn't make sense.

I never said RP was right wing. Just that it's being treated the same way.

There was no mistake in the ban, it was just them testing out to see what would happen. YouTube does the same thing. They'll delete a channel, go "oops!" and bring it back up and pretend it was an accident. Odd how it only happens to right wing channels though... I'm sure this subreddit hasn't done anything to violate Policy, or at least not more than the rest of reddit, but rest assured that you'll be found to be in violation of that Policy anyway, and you'll never get an exact reason why, just…

See a lawyer before you do anything. Hiding your assets from the court will look very bad to the judge and different states have different laws when it comes to marital property. Look up some of the posts in /r/legaladvice and /r/personalfinance when other people have asked a question similar to yours. Maybe look into a trust of some kind to protect your assets once you're sure you can withdraw them before you separate? Just a thought.

No. The illusion of romantic love is kind of lost for me now. They all just act the same so it's hard to treat a woman like she's special enough to love when their behaviors are so predictable now.

So, this might end up being a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it anyway: are you saying that you pool the money she makes with yours, so that she should never consider the money she makes "her" money, but instead both of your incomes are part of "your (plural)" money? And that if she starts talking about the money she makes as her own, then you talk about the money you make as your own? I have a similar situation, except I encourage my wife to just use the money she makes to buy her own sh…

It does kind of sound at the beginning like Mr. Hitchens is preventing his wife from working. "No, I'm not having any woman of mine go to work" -- kinda makes it sound like he's saying he won't permit her to work. He clarifies afterword, but probably should have been clearer in the beginning.

I know you wrote this five months ago, but this answer was the most helpful one to me in this post. Thank you.
