Whenever I go to the gym, I mainly go for elliptical, back/lat/ leg based machines to work those areas the most. I already have equipment at home to work every other muscle anyways. The reason why I do this at the gym tho is because those are the main areas I want to get more definition in. Since I go to to the gym 2-3 times per week and workout 4-5 times at home, it works in my favor.
