You would have to show some proof for that, really. Typically, as long as people understand how to use them, the rate of failure is close to zero. Less effective - female condoms experience a higher failure rate than male condoms. More difficult - it's a lot easier to roll a male condom down an erect penis than it is to insert a female condom. To say that it boils down to expecting men to bear "loss of comfort/sensation" is hilariously melodramatic.
