dude what if that guys disabled? What if that guy physically cannot stand up and pump his own gas or leave his car without the assistance of a machine? I know its unlikely because of the size of the car, but you know this guy could have another good reason that I can't think of.

From my experience women will appreciate the offer it self but most likely turn it down, unless she forgot her money, though I will admit I am 14 so maybe older women are different. Either way she should have maybe just talked to him about it, it may sound selfish but at leas he'll get the hint rather than being tortured not knowing why his date won't reply to him, or even read his emails.
