The average height in the us is 5'9". The vast majority of countries are within 2" of that.

I like unisex bathrooms in general. Personally I wish that at least one also had a urinal in it though. However, whenever I need to use the restroom in a place that has a women's and a unisex bathroom, I always use the women's bathroom. Always. I will wait in a line to use it over the unisex one. What are they going to do? Assume my gender?

What he's saying is that if someone else can prove the allegations we're false then the penalty should be harsh, but if the only way to prove they're false is with an admission, then there should be no severe penalty for the admission. Who's to say that this woman would have posted this on Facebook if she thought she was going to jail for it.
