I got it from the legal systems of middle eastern countries. I'd say those are a bit more reputable sources than random websites.

Well I can't say that it's as free as say... Sweden, but it's a day and night difference from Saudi. How many warnings from the state department have you gotten about travelling to Egypt? I'm here (there?) right now and (aside from a failing economy) it's doing ok.
