Find a sweetheart young (in high school probably) and get married (although some of those girls will end up divorced in a few years so you will have a pool of divorcees once you reach your mid 20s to 30s), stay single and miserable forever, or get your ass out as soon as possible. If I were you I'd pick option 3. I don't care if you're flat broke, you can survive in a city if you make the move and put in the effort.
