1	Caring about men’s rights is progressive, but how do we convince other progressives? The general sentiment on the left is best summed up by "Men are the root of most problems anyway." There's nowhere to go from there, really. Left leaning parties take the easy way out and claim to be against the draft anyway, so they won't vote for gender neutrality. They don't give a shit about men's rights, and their votes wouldn't be enough to change it either way, as a two thirds majority is needed to change the constitution. Sent to the trenches and denied refugee status, while the highest courts determine that it's ok that way. 2	Is this another echo chamber? The meaning of those words does shift a lot between different cultures. Moreso over time. US libs and UK libs are not the same. The self assigned liberal party in my country (Germany) used to be somewhat libertarian with socially progressive tendencies before they became full on neoliberal capitalists with some socially conservative tendencies, spoken in US terminology. 9	Is this another echo chamber? I do agree with your criticism, and I think it is an important point to make. We have to keep ourselves to a higher standard than all the anti-male the echo chambers we criticize frequently.
