Again: be critical.Which was the gist of this entire thread. "Do your own research". There is NO scientific evidence to support whether it works or not. If you're worried about your dick give it a try; if not then there's no point in denying vehemently denying it since it does seem to work for some. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/04/16 11:01 AM
Again: be critical. Can you provide any sources that prove that exercises such as jelqing don't work? AFAIK there has never been any sort of research on the topic. You can say that the person that makes the claim must provide sources but there has hardly been any scientific research on the matter. At the very least there is some anecdotal evidence that it does work and none that proves that it doesn't. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/04/16 02:22 AM
Again: be critical. The OP's claims take no money if you're just doing the exercises; only time. The supplements for enlargement are dicey I admit. But it's pretty well accepted in body building circles that L-arginine will give you a fuller flaccid, pineapple/bromeine (sp?) will make your cum taste better, niacin will help with blood flow, etc. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/04/16 02:14 AM
Again: be critical. Those are on surgery and/or dealing with a micropenis. Nothing about exercises... | /r/TheRedPill | 20/04/16 02:09 AM
Again: be critical. It must be insecurity to lift heavy. If you can't get pussy without being swole then you probably have other areas of your life they you need to prioritize. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/04/16 09:41 PM
Again: be critical. That's just it; it's only an article. It is basically, "We haven't really looked into it. Buyer beware." People have done it and say it works which is more proof than "we don't think it does". The point is that you said, "Don't believe anything without scientific research backing it" and then immediately said, "It 100% does not work" when there is no research either way. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/04/16 09:33 PM
Again: be critical. There are free forums devoted to the subject of exercises working to increase size. It's anecdotal but AFAIK there have been no studies from either side to show whether or not it works. Pumping is proven to temporarily increase size. That doesn't mean that changes won't be permanent if done for a long enough period of time. Again, I don't think there are any studies that have been done long term. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/04/16 08:12 PM
Again: be critical. But where is the peer reviewed scientific paper that states, "A study of 1000 men that adhered to a strict plan of penis enlargement exercises over a period of two years showed no significant change in size"? The Mayo clinic link is no better than any other site that might post on such an issue as their info on this subject is also purely anecdotal. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/04/16 07:58 PM
Again: be critical.Again any health-related claim not back by scientific research, not peer-reviewed, and purely anecdotal is 100% BULLSHIT I agree. Btw, no amount of exercise or supplement can make your dick bigger. Deal with it. It is determined from birth. Do you have scientific research that supports this claim? | /r/TheRedPill | 19/04/16 06:26 PM
Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityI quit running before I started lifting. I still bike but it's only an hour or so once or twice a week and I'm slow on the trails (just started last year) so I don't get a huge amount of cardio from it. As for dips I should have been more specific. I've gone from from 6 dips total to 12x3. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/02/16 10:23 PM
Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityWorking weight went up 60 lbs on bench, 200lbs on leg press, 120lbs on deadlifts, went from 6 reps total of tricep dips to 32, etc. I stay around 3 minutes for rest per set and eat about 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. I can admit that the rest of my diet isn't always clean though I normally don't eat crap. A year prior to lifting I started running and mountain biking. I saw more benefits from that than I have from lifting. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/02/16 02:20 PM
Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityI've been lifting 3-5x a week for 15 months. I started with StrongLifts then went to the standard bro split. The only difference it has made in my life is that I can lift more weight than when I started. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/02/16 04:03 AM
