Damn, comment was 2 years ago??.. Well anyway, What i can't seem to wrap my head around is, How did Miss sehr and the first DNA Lab legally test any "previously provided DNA evidence" that Manser may have provided previously when quite clearly he never consented to the test himself or never consented to the use of previously provided DNA, Wouldn't it be illegal to test previous DNA to a paternity test without consent from the DNA's host.
