However, that line of thinking just promotes the gender war. I realize a very large number of women have that mentality, but we can't do the same thing to get our way either. Not only will it add fuel to the fire, but it will also be used as an excuse to justify their actions even if those actions happened long before. She assumes they know nothing, doesn't listen to them and thinks she is superior in every way. If you approach any boss or situation with this mindset, you are setting yourself up for disaster. 3	College sports scholarships in the U.S. If they have to match the same dollar amount of sport related scholarships as men have for women, then it would only be fair to match the same dollar amount of academic scholarships for both sexes as well. 3	College sports scholarships in the U.S. That makes a lot of sense. What i dont get, though, is why offer rowing scholarships if they are hard to fill for women? There must be other sports that more women would want represented, like gymnastics, cheerleading, softball, soccer, etc. Maybe it's just not feasible to put the same amount of money to both genders in sports scholarships. 65	Just venting... This reminds me of one of Aesop's fables, The ant and the grasshopper. You worked hard and planned for your future while your sister spent her money on enjoying life in the moment and left nothing for her future. Good for you for sticking to your guns.
