Appreciate your response but its not 100% accurate. I am not actively looking for anything casual. It may transition into something resembling a casual sexual relationship but that is the point where it ends if I am not interested in the LTR with them. Most relationships in the dating phase "end" or better yet they don't turn into actual committed relationships. Its a natural part of the process and finding the right partner. Ending it more effectively or promptly while minimizing the negative e…

Thats a great point. Now that I think about it the girls who made me "work for it" are the ones that I was able to generally build up a higher level of attraction to. How have you stepped up the quality of girls you have pursued if you don't mind me asking? Just being choosier on apps? approaching more attractive women...? thanks for your reply.

Question I have is why are you dating people you aren't that into? A fair question, and as I have been figuring this out my mindset has been that dating them is a part of getting to know them, and intimacy is a component of that. Sex tends to happen after the first, but typically second date if I had to say. This could be where I am wrong but just flat out saying that I am only interested in sex with them on the first time we meet seems a bit forward and could be construed as offensive or insult…

Thanks so much this is great advice. You make a lot of really great points that I probably need to mentally etch in stone. I lot of it I think I've read or realized for myself but I keep allowing myself not to apply it in practice. I would say first off, do breakups in person, even though it sucks and may seem brutal to you it's the right thing to do. Blindside or no, it's just something that takes strength and integrity to do. Don't text breakup or phone break up. It just sucks to be on the oth…

Dude. you hit the nail on the head. I literally recognized this as an issue some time ago and out of frustration one day googled "tired of women after having sex with them" while I was commuting on a train one day. I found this very same post on quora plus some others and it really helped. Not only because of the advice but it helped me realize that I wasn't the only person to recognize this pattern of behavior was unhealthy. The most memorable reply (I can't find it at the moment) was someone w…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
