I've had npc vanish literally two feet in front of me, in plain view. My boy Jackie Wells, Master Wizard of Time and Space, has also clipped through everything from doors and tables as well as my own car. Also, if you do too many different things at once, like loot and body as you complete one of the open world side activities while your fixer calls you, then the game has an aneurism and crashes. What a buggy piece of shit
