I was very clear from the get go that he implied they are because he refuses to acknowledge the fact that 99% of abortions are performed for reasons unrelated to the mother's health. He's using an exceptionally rare scenario (a dire situation where the mother is in danger) to defend abortions for all cases. He has no defense for the 99% of abortion cases.

I'm on mobile and can't see all of it. Does it say "I have had 8 late term abortions"? [edit] nvm turned my phone sideways Lol

Yeah I do need help to keep up with your logical inconsistencies actually. Bundle of cells, inanimate, etc. The hoops you have to jump through lol. So am I correct to assume once we have the medical capacity to keep unborn babies alive, you will oppose abortion in all cases unless the mother's life is in danger?

Great, so you acknowledge when you decide it has rights is arbitrary. Glad we had this discussion.
/r/PussyPassDenied14/09/17 06:01 PM

And your argument is, before it becomes a "viable fetus", it has no rights whatsoever. I mean really, you're arguing a human life is not a human life simply based on where it is on the development process.
/r/PussyPassDenied14/09/17 05:49 PM
2

...lol Your argument is "a baby is not actually a baby until it is medically viable" and I'm the one that needs to keep trying? I want whatever you're smoking dude. The amount of mental gymnastics required for this is too funny.
/r/PussyPassDenied14/09/17 05:32 PM
2

Yeah, that's even more indefensible than your previous position. Your argument is "a human baby only receives its right to life once it's medically viable." How absurd.

Please, stop setting up a strawman How comical. The guy talking about 1% of abortion cases and using it to support abortions for all cases is accusing me of setting up a strawman. Fucking lol.

There is no higher brain developed yet so killing it is not morally wrong, IMHO. I find that absolutely despicable but to each their own.

I find it incredibly funny you accuse me of making this situation black and white yet you continue to imply all abortions are medically necessary because the woman's life is in danger. If the baby or the mother is going to die anyway, a medical abortion is the merciful solution to a shithole problem that no one wants to be a position to deal with. So again, in situations when a mother's life is in danger due to her pregnancy or other complications, I support treatment for the mother which may in…

I didn't misconstrue your words, it's literally what you wrote. In fact, you're now saying late term abortions are all medically necessary which is a flat out lie. Please explain how killing the baby is medically necessary for late term pregnancies. Do you want me to describe in vicious detail how a vasectomy works? How does an abortion which kills an unborn baby and an elective surgery for men who no longer want to have babies at all the same? That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the p…

I support anything the medical profession tells me is a necessary procedure. And now you're implying all abortions are necessary from a medical standpoint. The vast majority of abortions performed has nothing to do with preserving the life of the mother, which is an instance when I would support abortion procedures. Using shocking language to weasel your way into a position of judgment is shameful. And yet, nothing I've said about the procedure is untrue and is an accurate account of what actual…
/r/PussyPassDenied14/09/17 04:28 PM

Ah, so I suppose you support the much more common procedure in the early terms of pregnancy which include crushing of the skull or insertion of tubes to suck out the brain? This is insane too. You're casually dismissing a rights based argument because you don't like it The only person that is dismissing rights is you. How does a person have a right over the life of another human being? A mother has the right to her life and body. A baby is not her body, it's another human life. Do explain what i…
/r/PussyPassDenied14/09/17 04:10 PM

Welcome to reddit where people blindly support the woman's ability to kill unborn babies because "my body my choice." Describe what actually happens in a partial abortion and enjoy your downvotes and get called a "fucking idiot." Of course, once the baby exits the womb, everyone agrees it's murder.

If a girl starts dancing when the situation doesn't necessarily call for it, she probably just likes to dance and that's how she expresses herself. If you see this and say "are those your shower moves," obviously she wouldn't like that and is the reason why it's falling flat. If yoy don't want to dance along, why not just keep rhythm and tell her "nice moves!" PS girls generally don't care if you're a bad dancer. They do care if you care about being bad at dancing

This just sounds silly to me. Obviously college girls aren't fully mature, but surely they're more mature than high school girls. If you're doing well with a girl but she ultimately decides you're not worth it, that sounds like you didn't engage her enough and/or didn't convince her friends you're a great guy to be with, both of which are important skills to have. I mean this entire thread just sounds like you had poor game while in college but have gotten better since and now thinking "it must'…

Well one thing is certain though. Never in your life will there be so many women your age in close proximity. Sure your life isn't over if you don't succeed in college, but the sheer number of women you could interact with without having to go anywhere far will likely never again be available to you. College is the by far the best time to go out, meet new people and talk to women.

2 things 1) There are going to be silences in any interaction you have at some point so you need to be comfortable with them. When you hang out with friends, does someone always have to be talking for it to not be awkward? Of course not - It's only awkward when you make it awkward and force conversation 2) Have a plan with your interactions. Personally when I talk to women I don't know, I want to know if she is someone I want to associate with, be friends with, or possibly date. So I typically a…

Sigh. You idiots don't seem to understand so let me spell it out for you. Imagine you're a peasant in a pub with a date. Another low level peasant sees this and throws a drink at your date. How do you as a peasant act in this situation? You throw a drink right back at him. Congratulations you're a fucking peasant. Now imagine you're a knight at a pub with a date and that same peasant throws a drink at your date. Now what do you do? Do you go throw a drink back at him? No, you get your fucking sq…

What are you talking about? Of course every situation is not a physical escalation. But you guys are talking about how you would bad mouth a guy who just threw a drink at someone because "omg I have to stand up for myself." If you think about this logically, it doesn't take a genius to understand a random guy that threw a drink at you is A) mentally unstable B) already in an aggressive state. Retaliating in an aggressive manner is exactly how a fight breaks out especially in a club. For crying o…

Standing up for yourself and your girl is an example of a strong frame. I agree You need to at least say something I disagree. Having a strong frame suggests other people react to you, not the other way around. A guy throwing a drink at you/your date is clearly looking to get a reaction out of you/her and not giving him a reaction can easily be the best course of action i.e. attending to your date rather than acknowledging the existence of a random aggressive guy. even if you do so calmly and co…

Well let's be honest here. If it was my wife / family member / close friend this happened to, I probably would've tackled the guy. That doesn't mean that's the correct action, and I would probably regret that afterwards. Moreover, the situation described is not the same. This is a new girl I barely know and met twice. So if I have some time to think about this situation (yes I understand this is not a luxury we have in the moment, but that's why it's good to think about it in this manner so that…

Returned fire how exactly? That sounds silly and reacting this way screams low value to me (or more specifically a lack of frame) [edit] there are way too many people that are willing to escalate this situation. While getting a drink thrown at you / your date is infuriating, reacting in said manner shows how socially unaware you are, not to mention the danger you're putting yourself in. Honestly ask yourself "do I want to get into a fight against a guy who just threw a drink at me/my date for no…

Thanks for the FR. Some food for thought: "standing up for her" doesn't necessarily mean you have to respond to the "threat" directly by going up to the guy and saying, "what's your problem?" In fact, reacting and escalating the situation in such a manner could also be a turn off for her (and possibly dangerous for you). If you or your girl is disrespected somehow such as getting a cup thrown at, you can still remain in control of a situation without getting physical. One way would be to simply …

There was a line read once: confidence isn't knowing you'll get the girl, it's knowing you'll be OK if she says no. In your case, you're still deriving how you feel about yourself by how you fare with women. Shit like the situation you described obviously sucks, but you can't let it affect you so much. Different people are attracted to different things. Why does it matter if a few women prefer your friends over you when there are / will be plenty of women who prefer you instead?

That's actually perfect for you. You get to spend time talking to dates while walking around, and the fact that you know the area super well will be a big plus for deciding on places to go, routes to take, things to talk about such as new venues popping up, the history of the places you're walking on, etc. Sounds like where you live pretty much promotes not having a car. Don't make it a big deal and don't mention it unless asked and tell the truth: you cannot drive due to medical issues regarding your eye. No shame in asking for rides if you're close to each other either. And don't listen to that sub. Most women will probably say they won't date a man without a car. This isn't because they're gold diggers, but because they attribute the possession of a car with having your shit together, (which is generally a pretty accurate rule of thumb to go by unless you liv…

I never understood the idea of shaming or laughing at someone learning seduction. Women in particular think things like PUA material is just some "cheat" to get into a woman's pants, when it's really a skill learning how to converse with others. If a woman starts working out to lose weight in order to attract men, is that somehow laughable? Rather hypocritical if you ask me. There's nothing shameful with recognizing you currently lack a skill and honing it. If you suck at basketball, what do you…

I will always recall a conversation with a senior executive who openly joked that he would never take a woman on a consulting trip. "My wife would kill me!" he said. "And so," I muttered under my breath, "your wife is happy, but you'll never promote a deserving woman." Really makes you think. One on hand, a company may have a very bright and capable woman that is deserving of promotions, invitations to conventions, etc. But after so many years of sexual harassment lawsuits, it's actually in the …

Yeah somehow life isn't "there should be full disclosure of every detail, or none at all" Nor do you understand the concept of disclosure vs. entitlement Literally NO woman over there has stated she feels entitled to something that isn't hers which by the way is the point of this thread. All of you on the other hand seem to think "oh that's just a woman's way of saying she is entitled to XYZ" which I disagree because it's spelled out if you read what they wrote.

Bro your logic is: "if we're not getting married, there should be zero financial disclosure! It is neither my or her business! Oh, I proposed? Time to finally tell my future spouse about all of my financial details, and she better do the same!" Meanwhile, in the situation described, the couple are already living together with a joint bank account, and as far as she knows, financial details are shared from both sides. A mysterious account with a significant amount of money appears and according t…

It LITERALLY says, "you are both fairly open with your money"
/r/TheRedPill30/08/13 04:51 AM

The opening line of that thread is that they live together, share finances, and the OP specifically stated they are open about money. No mention about marriage sure, but that sounds like a pretty serious relationship to me.
/r/TheRedPill29/08/13 10:51 PM
1

So you're telling me...you and your partner have a joint account together, you are both open about BOTH of your finances, and when an account full of money suddenly gets found, there's no deceit whatsoever? If I was the woman in this scenario, I would lose my trust as well.
/r/TheRedPill29/08/13 10:12 PM

I would agree with you, but in the example, the finances between the couple were shared. Kind of becomes their business if that's the case wouldn't you agree?

/r/TheRedPill29/08/13 09:49 PM

On phone so I'll be editing for each point. From what I've read, the couple in question have a joint account together and it was at the very least assumed the finances were shared, with both parties being open with money. When a new account appears out of nowhere, I would feel I have been duped. If our finances were kept separate, then yes, it would be none of my business. No, because old furniture isn't really significant / relevant to a relationship No woman over there has commented "well now …

As much as we'd all like to talk about how laughable it is to defend Charlotte and her actions from that video, this post does raise some important points. The biggest point being that just as we sometimes view feminism as highly radical, feminists sometimes view MRM just as radical. ...And this isn't because the ideas in MRM are far-fetched. This sort of celebration does not happen when a boy picks up a doll or Dora undies. I could even see how a feminist would turn this into "that's because the idea of being a woman is oppressed! The biggest point the article argues is: marriage rates and marriage happiness declines as men earn less than women. This is because a "close" is not necessarily an abbreviation, it is seen more as how far a person has gone with the girl on that particular day in the natural progression of a relationship. For example, the first night when a guy meets a girl he may get a number close (i.e. get her number) and that's when the interaction stopped. Or maybe he k-closed before parting ways. Or he brought her home and F-closed the same day, etc.
