| 1 | Stealthing - what are your thoughts?HOLD ON.... My condom broke. Now i'm on trial for rape? I wasn't stealthing. However I would still now have to pay thousands of dollars to a lawyer to prove that? There is to many ways this could be exploited. No I would never do something as stupid as this. I'm just curious to know how do they determine if someone needs to be tried for this. If its goes based off the partner simply making a complaint.
