Big fan of IF here. I work it into my work schedule which helps too. I work 4 days M-Th at 10 hours starting at 7AM. So much easier to roll out of bed 15 min before I need to be at the office, so skip bfast here and just have some coffee at my desk. I work through lunch and have coffee mixed with protein again at my desk around lunch, rather than taking time away and making my day longer. I find that if I'm plateauing I've reached the end of my body's ability to "comfortably" undertake a phase of bulking/cutting/maintaining and need to switch to a new phase.

No fap changed my life. Haven't fapped since August 2011. Wasn't even going overboard with it, only like 4x week but with porn, that shit is a bad drug. Get away from ur hand and put the extra energy towards fucking bitches. It'll prob be a rollercoaster the first couple months but then when ur over it, quality of sex life and natural game is 10x better. Fwiw found TRP only 6 months ago, lots of parallels

That's a little harsh though and she'd next me, which is not ideal. To keep a plate spinning smoothly beyond a couple months you gotta have balance of alpha and beta (but stay cognizant). I'm thinking a 1/2 to 2/3 reciprocity would be fair (not meaning I'm gonna spend $100-133 on her, but the equivalent in time/effort).
