2	Hi, what made you guys go MGTOW ? I don't know... I can see where the anger comes from. It's heartbreaking when you have spent a big chunk of a lifetime believing that fitting into societal expectations, working hard and smart will be rewarded, only to find that it was an exaggeration at the least and an outright lie at worst. 1	Hi, what made you guys go MGTOW ? In the "old days", we would be considered confirmed bachelors. Personally, I started thinking through this back in the 80's and those thoughts stuck with me through college, my 10 year marriage, the two year period of fighting to live up to echos of my parent's voices, telling me that marriage was for a lifetime. 1	New to the group For me, saying that I "haven't met the right woman" is tantamount to saying that I haven't stumbled across the clear path through a minefield. The quantity of possible "right" women is too few, the risks are too high and the rewards are too small that I don't see any advantage to continuing to search for the right woman. 6	The wall is victorious I worked security operations in a community hospital and medical school complex and found about 50% of the nurses, particularly in special care wards, feel like they are invincible.
