Thanks for all your advices, here's a list of things that happened since I made the post 1. Emailed the director so that there's a copy of my issue on record 2. You're right. I was asked by the Director on the project to coach the team on becoming more technical, guess I'm gonna have these coaching sessions with the team specifically when she has a conflict so that she can't attend them
