You don’t need to be Emma Watson to exercise daily and to not stuff junk food.

I love how you club musical instruments as “toys”. When you’re only talking about male spending habits.

You under estimate what gear does to men. Specially tren.I’ve seen trenfiends IRL. People that are into peds will be muscular with low bf %.

This thread isn’t about ideal body type, it’s more about what you find baseline( minimum) attractive. If Micheal Phelps body is the bare minimum, KEKW. I do climbing and MMA. I’m around 90 Kgs at13% BF. I’m at a level right now where I can’t gain more muscle without PEDs. Also maintaining low BF year round sucks. I have to cut down to around 8-9% when I am competiting. Heck if it wasn’t for my passion for the former sports mentioned. I’d never really put an effort staying below 15-18 % -BF.

True. I know how to spot people who have used AAS. Sadly however the use is common in competitions where testing is mandatory as well. You can easily do a few cycles, get on PCT and submit your bloodwork before competiting and you will come out clean. However you will still retail the benefits of AAS for a while even after stoping. Your strength and gains just don’t vanish away in a few days after stoping, it takes a few months for your body to reach the natural levels after a cycle. The people …

Oh congratulations! That’s really wonderful! I wish you good health and best wishes for future competitions. Would you mind if I asked you, how common is the use of anabolic steroids and SARMs in women’s lifting bracket? I compete in MMA at a semi-pro level as a hobby and the use of PEDs is very common in this industry.

Body fat percentage is a way better metric than BMI. Also keep lifting, it’s a very healthy and fulfilling activity.

Sorry but I think onlyfans isn’t going anywhere. It still hasn’t reached peak saturation. Sure, there will be an exodus of creators from the platform once they realise that only a few girls print millions there. But it’s here to stay.

Excusé-moi, by girls I meant “Adult Human Females”. Sorry English isn’t my first language. But thank you twisting my words and taking them out of context.

Onlyfans is a part of porn industry too. A girl making content for onlyfans does it at her own will, there is no violence, abuse and trafficking. Please FFS. Just stop throwing that phrase around. It would’ve been true in the 90s. But in 2021, women enter porn industry willingly. Just look how crazy women are for making an onlyfans, they do it cause it’s easy money. Just use shitty phone camera to click some naked selfies and make bank. Literally effortless.

BMI as a metric for a measure of obesity has a massive flaw. It does not take lean body mass into account. Body fat % is a far better measure. People that don’t lift seriously need to understand that. I’m 5”11’ at 89 kgs with a 6 pack. When I was renewing my health insurance policy on phone they charged me a higher rate. Their reasoning was I was overweight. Once I went to their office and demonstrated that their hypothesis was infact flawed, they reduced the rates.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 06:18 AM

I agree body fat percentage should be the measure. I’m 5’11”, weigh 91kgs and have a visible 6 pack at 11% BF. Sure I do carry some extra weight on me due to excess skin from me being obese in the past but it’s not a lot.

The last half of your comment kind of concerns me. Why wouldn’t you want to teach your children about your heritage? My ex was Swedish and I had to convince her that our kids if we had any should learn about both maternal and paternal cultures and languages.

Kind of yes. With the gloves on sweat on smooth skin makes it hard to get a grip. Reduces coefficient of friction.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/21 06:32 PM

Trust me I don’t like my back hair either. But I love my chest hair and hate waxing it off. I feel emasculated every time I have to get it done before competing.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/21 06:32 PM

Oh I never shave me beard. Being hairless on the body helps in MMA, your foes can’t grapple you into submission. Combine a shaved body with sweat from long fights you become really slippery hahahah

First woman I’ve seen say that so I guess there are some. But I usually shave mine anyway when I’m competing, sad thing is I have to remove chest hair too :/

Women can’t sniff out bad personalities. Look at the number of women that have had “ abusive relationships”. They always have options yet they went for the abusive one.

The picture of Zac Efron that you link, he’s around 15%-17% BF in that. Once you shave off the body hair and get decent lighting you will be able to see his abs. That’s not a dad bod lmfao. His belly looks bloated due to side effects of juice or HGH. Actors are known to use gear to accelerate the muscle gain process.

Hey mate, Grats on losing the weight. Since I was morbidly obese in my childhood, would it be okay if I ask you a few questions? 1.) Did you have any excess skin after losing weight? 2.) After you lost weight how’d you get over the fear of rejection when it came to women. 3.) I have a few before and after pictures in my post history, however since then I’ve put on a lot of muscle. My current stats are: 5’11” 87Kgs 13% BF (from dexa Scan) 48.5 inch chest 15.5 inch arms cold flexed 33 inch waist I…

This. I practice MMA and have to at times drop down to 7% for weighing day. Shits whacked. Maintaining 7% for a month or so causes serious issues to many health. Insomnia, drastic loss of strength, I become very cranky, loss in libido etc. 12-15% is my sweet spot. I can eat out once a week, my body function is normal, and my strength is at its peak. The 5% BF point is where it starts becoming fatal, from what I’ve read in research. I’ve never cut down below 7 tho. And I get it checked via dexa S…

As someone who practices MMA, lifts a lot and is into rock climbing, the dude in second picture is around 7% body fat, and that is really not healthy. Every time I’ve maintained sub 10% BF for MMA has affected my health severely and I’d advise people not to do it. Specially not to chase women. I also experience a great loss in strength when I cut below 10%

Could it be because a large number of men gravitate towards high paying professions since they are expected to be providers, and since the sample size is large surely you get more attractive men there.
