I don't think the claim is wrong, if you have too many options your relationships will feel less special and you will chose to move on faster. Why would you stay in a difficult relationship if there is another better one waiting around the corner and you know it? But yeah, this applies to men and women, probably everyone has their own threshold.

I like to equate this to getting a pair of sneakers, yeah this might be an odd comparison but humor me for a bit. When I was younger my family didn't have much money so when my aunt bought me some brand sneakers from puma I treasured them a lot. They were my first pair but with time, the money came and then the second part, the third and so on until they stoped to mean anything to me. Think it's like that with people, not just women but men too. The more options you have, the less you treasure t…

Could it be that you just aren't ready for a long-term relationship if you are constantly looking over your shoulder for another woman? Maybe it would be better for you to experiment and leave the current relationship if you are feeling like that? I guess you'd really have to look within yourself and decide if the girl you are currently with is the one or if you still want to screw around.

Are you mostly the one initiating conversations between both of you? You can try doing a test by not messaging him for a while and see if he initiates it for something. If he doesn't do anything then it would seem that he doesn't care that much for you, or just doesn't see a reason to call you up for anything. Tbh its just a friend, he doesn't need to answer you fast if it's just a friendship.

Probably depends on you. I'm an introvert so I love living alone and have my own apartment. Sharing a house with others was always a chore. Pluses: - You make the rules - Freedom -Can actually take a girl home and not look like a bum Minuses: -No more mom to cook - Have to pay the bills and everything yourself -Cleaning apartment, doing all the chores is on you -No one there to help if something goes wrong Ect I guess you get the point, think its a good learning expense even if it costs a bit.…

Are you sleeping enough? Could be psychological, maybe you are bored with the sex if you say that you were having it 3 times per day. Maybe try not doing it for a week and see if your libido goes up.

If you have a daughter, I'd say get a therapist and stay together till she is older. It's not about you or your wife anymore. You made the choice to have a kid, your happiness doesn't matter only your kid matters. Best to talk to your wife about this and make an agreement to stay together for your daughter's sake. Even if that means that both of you are going to have side flings.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
