Isn't a woman who wants something in exchange for sex called a whore? Gotta ask yourself if want a whore or a partner...

I just want to chime in, that judging from your account of the situation you surely did the right thing. It's your life, your decision, your happiness! Don't live in misery just to please a vagina. You'll find other ones. Ones that make you truly happy. Don't bend over backwards to please the people around you. YOU are the star in YOUR life! Treat yourself that way.

Hahahaha! This is golden! So these stupid, medieval divorce rape laws, that facilitate the promiscuity of todays women ultimately block progress for all of humanity. Time to rethink this shit!

Why not rat her out? She's creating a toxic environment and is bad for team work. You all know your colleagues got fired because of her and now you have to work in fear of her. If this isn't toxic, what is? Her getting the project members fired has also a serious negative impact on the project outcome.

I see. So it seems like I'll have to come up with my own solution if I decide to use a flexible rate system for a possible side business. Thanks for all the input though, I didn't think of that. And again, I'm still intrigued by the concept. ;)

Thanks for taking the time to answer! This thread got me thinking, to start some side business and become independent down the line. That's why I'm very interested in this kind of flexible pricing that reacts to demand and supply of one's available time. I do understand the mechanism of your flexible rate, but one question remains, though. How did you implement this rate calculation? Do you calculate it manually or do you have something that helps you with that? Maybe an elaborate Excel sheet, s…

This is so cool! Can you maybe share this somehow or do you consider it a trade secret of yours?

How does your pricing scheme work? Do you have a tool, a website? How are you calculating your "fluctuating hourly rate" AND make it stay "fair" all the time? (i.e. customers don't begin to say "But last time it wasn't urgent either and now you charge more. We'd like the price from last time, because nothing is different now...")

I know, thanks. I just wanted to bring this to OP's attention, because maybe he didn't know it. Personally, I don't care. If enough subs that I actually read and contribute to ban me then I'll just burn this account and start fresh. Currently I haven't been banned anywhere, to my knowledge.

That's what happens if you don't have a dedicated TRP account and try to engage in SJW subs. 30 minutes after the wrongful deletion of your comment someone looked a little closer into your account, went into ape shit mode after seeing you're posting/upvoting to TRP and banned you. Not surprising at all.

Child support? Yes, you can avoid this by proper contraception. But alimony is a whole other bitch! It's hard to avoid it, because it's possible you owe it after a separation even if you're not married! (AFAIK - Edit: see: http://www.divorcenet.com/states/nationwide/palimony ... this is ludicrous). California, Texas are pretty bad. On the other hand, living in Georgia is rather advantageous if she decides to ride the CC. (A quick Google search brought up this: http://www.worldlawdirect.com/forum…

As I read it, the guy knows he lost the relationship, starts lifting be a better self, which can be seen as signs of red pill, can't it? Additionally he wants to be a good father for his kids by not ripping apart their (admittedly dysfunctional) family. I don't know. I'm torn on this one. He shows signs of becoming Alpha, but at the same time he bucks for a CC riding woman... Is being a good dad against TRP ideals? Sure he's Beta as hell for also supporting his "roommates" ride on the CC. But at…

Maybe because it requires logical thinking that cannot be compartmentalized, i.e. everything you say has to be in accordance with everything you said before; if there's a contradiction, you've done it wrong. AFAIK (and experienced) not women's strong suit...

This scars a child. How can he have a normal date in the future? He'll always think of mommy during a date. If he can't shut up about it, the girl will be turned off (he probably too). If he can, only he will be turned off. (Or does anybody think about their mother during sex??). That's child abuse in my book.

Ok, but (and I quote again): Falling in love decreases men's testosterone levels while increasing women's testosterone levels. Women in relationships have high T. Women with a partner close by (same-city) have low T (WTF?! This contradicts the quote.) Single women and women in long-distance relationships have high T (ok... so either they both *think* they are in a relationship - see the quote - or they both aren't - again, contradicting the established quote...) Do you see why I'm confused?

How does Falling in love decreases men's testosterone levels while increasing women's testosterone levels. and Testosterone levels do not rely on physical presence of a partner for men engaging in relationships (same-city vs. long-distance), men have similar testosterone levels across the board. Physical presence may be required for women who are in relationships for the testosterone–partner interaction, where same-city partnered women have lower testosterone levels than long-distance partnered …

Why did we lose the post category switches (flair switches) at the top? So everything (rant, ltr, rp example, fr, etc.) will now be in different subreddits (trp, asktrp, ...)? If this is the case, I think it's not a good idea to be THAT restrictive. Yes, some formatting rules are in order, but not for every type of post. As /u/Red_SoloCup mentioned, what about discussions? I think AskTRP is a place for "I'm being cuckolded, what should I do?" kind of post, but not "Let's talk about men's issue X…

Well, this is a classic RP/BP example, almost right out of The Matrix. Maybe the BIL will have a blissful life and a wonderful family if he takes the BP. Maybe the BIL wants the RP, he wants to know. What he then does with the information is up to him. Either way, I don't think it's OPs place to decide for the BIL; he has to decide for himself. How, if he has no indication at all, that there's a hidden truth? I don't know. Either someone subtly makes him aware of a "inconsistency" or he gets his…

I didn't want to dis food workers, sorry if it seems like it. I just find the article's author's point funny, that even though they "studied" at a university and got a degree, they'll be bound to have a low wage job, bc nobody voluntarily hires a troublemaker.

Wow! A social experiment, that actually tries to accomplish something other than make someone yell "It's just a prank, it's just a prank, ...". And it was also executed very well. Asking permission first and so on. Awesome experiment!
