I met an Indian chick off Tinder. She was pretty hot. And was the filthiest sex I've ever had.

There's definitely a certain breed of Filipinas that do this. They target foreign men and usually juggle a few bfs at a time. It's always a sob story. "My dad is in the hospital." "My family needs money or they will be kicked out of their house." They say whatever they can to milk money out of you.

People will always need food. Farming is a good occupation. Plus, you own land, an excellent asset to have.

"At the same time, school closures and household isolation are moving the work of caring for children from the paid economy—nurseries, schools, babysitters—to the unpaid one" Oh noooo women have to take care of their kids now!!

Thots generally don't work on barges, it requires too much physical work and doesn't allow you to be on social media 12 hours a day.

90% of these chicks make wayyyy below minimum wage doing OF, more like 3rd world country wages. Surely they can find something that at least pays minimum wage and less degrading?

You need to build your emergency funds. Have a cash fund or savings account with 3-6 months worth of expenses for when shit hits the fan. Look at the crisis now. So many people didn't have an emergency fund and now they are out of a job. They can't pay their bills, have to file for unemployment, and get a hand out from the government. After building this fund I'd start a Roth IRA.

It is hot and humid. And it is a predominantly Catholic country. But no one is in your face about it and no one really cares about your religion.

The best time to buy a house is now, right? With interest rates so low? You're staying busy so that's good

I'm also WFH. I'm more productive here than at the office. I fell down a rabbit hole watching how to grow your own vegetables at home. If this has taught me anything, it's that I need to be self-sufficient and grow my own food. Last week I waited two hours in line just to buy veggies at the supermarket. Absolutely ridiculous

Seems like Japan isnt too big on homosexuality, priding themselves on being overweight, and feminism and the women are still feminine. Is this a correct assumption?
