6	“Developing” confidence Yes, one can go from extremely low self esteem to extremely confident in themselves. It can happen for anyone. Your approach is all wrong. Confidence isn’t something that can be do in lieu of said thing one is trying to get. It’s not “ something that can be resolved beforehand “. You learn by DOING. The more you do , the better you get the more confident you’ll be the next time. Think in your own life about something that you have mastered. If you can’t think of anything, try harder.
