This isn’t true. I told my ex wife I wanted a divorce on a Sunday night and on Monday I already had a lawyer and we were filing the papers for divorce. And courts can HATE whatever they want about you closing accounts and making access to money hard but HATING it doesn’t make it illegal or does it effect the divorce proceedings.
