Okay. Can you give some examples of maintaining frame with your family? Tips and insights. Not just personal struggle. When you're writing an article, you can put the personal struggle only to get me invested in hearing your opinions. Share with us, so we can discuss. Good luck.

I think you are in the wrong sub. Also, the second guy is not muscular, he has low body fat and lifts for about 3-6 months.

I don't understand, why didn't you buy a pack of fags yourself? Is this an American thing or something?

Alpha, biologically, is the dominant male animal in a particular group. Alpha, sociologically, is a person tending to assume a dominant or domineering role in social or professional situations. Alpha, philosophically, is to do whatever the fuck you want. "Committing crimes is the opposite of Alpha" "Cheating is not what Alpha males do" Shut the fuck, cucky teddy boy.

I stopped giving a fuck about hair around 3 months ago. I give myself a haircut since then. Didn't change my game. No one has said a bad comment and even if they do in the future, I don't really care that much anymore. It's funny. When I was teenager I did all sort of trendy haircuts. The older you get, the less fuck you give

I am natty and I tested two programs: 6 times a week. All failure. Heavy weights, 5-10 reps + dropsets 3 times a week. No failure. Light weights, 10-15. The second gave me more muscle mass than the first one. That's different for every person though.

Can you be mysterious while extroverted? Yes, no need to explain this one. What OP describes though: ("strong, silent type" and the "party animal type") is something I've never encounter. It's hard to see Don Draper, swallowing some shots and riding his friends' shoulders screaming "Everybody say: Hey we want some puuuuuusy!". These four actors are the only people that come to my mind that are party animals while being "JamesBondish" in their own way. Jack Nicholson Matthew McConaughey James Fra…

Right. Well, there is still the issue that all the products are in a plastic package. I'll keep the information in mind though.

Great post. Opened my eyes. What do you recommend, though, as an alternative? From what I know there are no "wooden containers" and even if there are, I would say 85% of the products are in a plastic container and the 15% probably came in contact with plastic before coming to store. Again, thank you, great research.

"The unicorn effect" is indeed a bad thing. But OP's advice is a formula for awful interactions with women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
