They'll probably get graded more leinently. This has been proven where names have been covered up on high schoolers (or was it entry admission essays?) essays, and then revealed the names. The boys essays were graded much more harshly than the woman's (when the names were available before the grader graded the essay). When they were hidden, the boys essays received the higher grade. I don't remember where I saw this or where the study was, but this was the gist of it.
