So, if a girl doesn't want to hit on a guy she's not interested in, it's "her choice, and she shouldn't be forced to talk to anyone." Does wealth, looks, charisma matter? Well, it depends on which age you are. Younger women go for money, teen girls go for looks/popularity, 30-something year old women tend to like a good personality.
