Obviously not. Reacted with thoughts similar to " you are not allowed to speak like this to me". Fogging does feels week and even though the stoics make a strong case for it, I find it hard to internalize. Yes that is ego soeaking. Only good thing was that I didnt let myself escalate it by further critisizing my wife or our relationship.

Being a life long atheist/agnostic I am a bit dumb founded when christians tell that red pill theories somehow dont align with their faith. Traditional judaism, christianity and islam are all as red pill as you can get. Glad you realized it.
