When I was going through the 2 and 3 a days as a teen, I would tear the skin at the connection to the head. I had to train every girl I've slept with that they must pull up before they can pull the skin down, or I'll be out of commission for a few days. Other than that, it's fine. I'd rather it didn't happen, but my wife is happy it did so silver linings, I guess.

Ah, you seem to have skipped reading the post and went straight to being a douche about it. As you can see, it is not OP who watches it, but his wife. This means he is not only exposed to it, but his wife's perception of men is altered by it.

It's best to keep certain terms, like pussy and gay, out of the titles. Reddit admins can come down on our sub's mods for not pruning those posts. Give the idea in your title, "Why are women praised for doing "masculine" things, while men are belittled for doing "feminine" things?", then post your actual thoughts in the body.

The actual correct counter is to not give a damn. This is like the 5th time I've heard sex strike in my life, and it never lasts. Give it a month, and it will be gone. Either way, the women who participate are not the ones you want regardless.

It's not a sacrifice, but if the finances are kept seperate and she isn't earning she's being put in a very codependent spot.
/r/MensRights06/08/24 11:24 PM

This is financial abuse. He expects you to earn nothing and have nothing to be able to leave if you want/need to. I personally see marriage as a team effort and while I have a higher paying job than my wife, all the money goes in the pot equally. My job is rigid and has garbage benefits, hers is flexible and has better benefits. So we are all on her benefits and she can leave early or come in late to deal with kid stuff like school closures or sickness. She could try to find something that pays …
/r/MensRights06/08/24 11:23 PM

It's funny to me because it's the go to response when people ask to be told what's needed around the house. Saying to do something and it getting done is far less load than doing it yourself, and, at least in my marriage, I repeat the chores I'm asked to do without needing to be asked again.

I cried with my wife when my dad died, then when my grandfather and aunt both died in the same year because it seemed like everyone was dying, then when I herniated a disc because I knew how much I was going to lose to a bad back. She supported me every time and has never brought these instances up. I know not every woman is going to be like that, but these types of women are out there. I would personally leave her if she did throw those times back at me, so lucky for us both that she hasn't.

Yeah, the media pushed the stupid men agenda all they way back from at least Friends, and then when we go along with it, it's weaponized incompetence. I am circumcised and hate that it was done. I sometimes resent my parents for allowing it to happen but remember that back then it was done to the vast majority. Now it is the minority (changed when govt insurance stopped covering it). The biggest thing I can tell you is that it can always be done later when they are adults. (The fact that you know an adult wouldn't want to do it should tell you something)

The secret is standing up for yourself with your wife. I share where I am going because we are partners, but that's it. She can't tell me I can't go places and unless I need something from her I don't say when I'm coming home. Just "yes, I'll be eating here tonight," or "no, I'll get something while I'm out."

Society says it's OK to lump all men together and blame us all for one person's mistakes. So women who have had bad experiences with one or a few men just assume we are all the same.

While you state that the reason they didn't talk to you and the reasons for your self loathing was your weight, it isnt so cut and dry. Women were turned off by both your weight AND the self loathing. Now that both are gone they are noticing. It wasn't only the weight so while harboring some ill will at the ones who specifically mentioned your weight makes sense, preemptively disliking new people for your past makes no sense. Also congratulations man, absolutely well done.

Girl at work is straight up disrespectful to me. Stares me down in meetings and just insults me straight up in front of people. No one says anything, then if I do she tells me to man up and stop being soft. I've had the ball busting acquaintance experience but this takes it far beyond friendly ribbing, especially because HR would roast me alive if I returned her energy in the slightest.

You have to remember how chatgpt works. It simply looked at agree as positive and disagree as negative without the context of the question for the most part. Reword your questions so that agree is always a positive view and disagree is always a negative view. I think you're on to something that could make people think, considering chatgpt will eventually become a parrot of the loudest parts of the internet.

I'm sorry it went that far. All I can say is make sure they know you are hurt by the exclusion and not just disappointed. This situation is complicated to the point that a professional should be utilized.
/r/MensRights23/11/22 01:28 AM

It's time to start distancing these people from your life. If they willingly exclude you from things that you have communicated wanting to be included in then stop giving them your time and energy. Also if your mom knew you were abused by your father and encouraged you to be isolated with him then I would have gone NC with her a long time ago.

Had a talk recently with my wife that the reason I would be distant after being turned down was because I felt the shame society says a man should have when he wants sex. Being disappointed is a natural response but society says being disappointed about sex makes men the devil, so I would hide my disappointment.

Prenups are a guide for how a divorce will go that you agree upon before marriage. The rate at which they are being thrown out by courts during not at fault divorces is going up. Ex wives are claiming that because the marriage hung on the prenup being signed that meant they signed under duress, which voids contracts. The more this occurs the more future Ex wives can point at previous examples and take a guy to cleaners for a relationship that ended mutually without any misdeeds.
/r/MensRights09/09/22 05:02 PM

Cool, I mentioned the increasing rate of prenuptials being thrown out, not divorce (or any of that other, unrelated, apples to oranges stuff you said) as a whole as a response as to why prenuptials don't make marriage as safe as people think they do.

Suspicion produced tests will still be low because cheating near conception doesn't mean unprotected cheating, not to mention that suspicion doesn't mean they are cheating at all let alone in a way that leaves the door open for affair partner and not bf/husband. Also some tests are done out of sheer denial. But no body just sitting around will be like, hey ya know what, I'm getting our kids paternity tested, so it will still be unnaturally high.

They'll quit doing it when men stop buying stuff with fit men on it and women quit buying stuff with plus size models on it. Women want to feel comfortable with the way they look, and men want to hold on to that hope that they could get into that shape if they really wanted to. Obviously thats not everyone, but it's enough to drive advertising. Advertising will always be the last thing to care about being politically correct. If it moves product, they will do it.

In older times it was quite expensive to get all the fresh ingredients needed for a cake, so people saw them as status symbols. People would place cakes in front of windows to flex on their neighbors. So they had to choose to eat the cake or use it to flex.

No one enjoys being the wrong person in an argument. If you are wrong you hate it, and if you are right they hate you for it, which in turn you hate. Basically lose and be mad, or win and be mad, which means you lose either way. I agree that the normal gendering of this concept is annoying.

MISLEADING HEADLINE All students were given an extra 15 minutes to complete exams. The reason was to try to close the passing gap between the genders. So while the intention is based on gender, the treatment is equal. Shame on the news site for making the title more clickbait than necessary. Edit (maybe ninja edit): this was for math and computer science only.

All these comments didn't seem to notice that this guy is actually attempting to overthrow the right. Leading a cult that Ivy has stated is trying to overthrow the current administration. So basically red pill is what they think an anarchist or lefty would use as research.

In the article it states that because the app will automatically send male only passenger groups to Uber or lyft it is not discrimination. Any legal people that can verify that? Men basically need a female to run the app and vouch for them to ride along.

The view just brought this up, surprise surprise they went the whiney men route and only talked about mood swings and depression and said men weren't worried about the side effects of Viagra (one literally said "2 year erection"). Brought up the man cold and how women have handled it fine, and of course the live tweets lambasted men too. This is why I like The Talk marginally more (as an EMT I spend a lot of times in waiting rooms), because Sarah Gilbert will stand up for men, research the topic…

Statutory is pressed by the parents, not the state (SC), and can only be pressed if one isn't a minor. So if both are minors there are 2 "victims" but no perpetrator.
