i hardly use any canned routines...mostly only inner game stuff and mindset or sometimes i find a certain routine so hilarious that i give it a try. the only things i really like to use from time to time are things like the cube, palmreading, etc.

well some you just can't brake...maybe next time you should go with some push pull instead of being persistent. most of the times i give everyone 3 chances. 2 of them are the persistent ones and before the last shot i drop her to cool down and try another shot after some push pull. works for me most of the times with k and f-closes. you can improve your chances if you got another girl in the area to make her jealous in the push/pull section.

i think it's the latter one...you can have the same effect by not buying a drink and just going over and open the set. you will get poor if you buy every set a drink just to have an excuse to talk to them. the same effect can be achieved by any opener without wasting money.

what exactly do you mean with close up to them? as long you don't stay 24/7 chest to chest with someone i don't see a problem...i normally do that to extend my airspace and take up more space by stealing their space. i invade, conquer, fall back...rinse repeat. until everyone knows that the space they think they own, is just the space i allowed them to be in with a special visa. rule of thumb...if your crotch touches the guys crotch you are definitely too close, even for a small period of time

i feel like in the gym everyone knows that he was at that point too at a certain time...and most of the experienced ones there actually like to help out and teach, that was my experience when i started long time ago. but its basicly the same for the dance floor...but there, like you pointed it out, it is more important just to have a great time...as long ur martial art practice session on the floor doesnt hurt the people around you =P
