Awesome post! Speaking from personal experience it's not just muscle aesthetics, it's a whole fitness lifestyle, posture, health benefits, confidence etc that is attractive. Not to mention it's very sexy to see someone dedicated to a healthy hobby, whether it's competitive sports or the gym, women like guys who are dedicated to bettering themselves!

Focus on leading a fulfilling life with hobbies, learning new skills, working out and spending quality time with friends. The desire to have sex is a strong one (I feel you on that) but that energy can be redirected if you focus on other things (like the ways I mentioned above). Over time, your body usually balances out and doesn't focus on sex so much (at least in my experience!) Best of luck!

I can relate, i have seen so many men online who hate women and subsequently give awful advice. But I realise there's always a vocal minority who will hate the opposite sex no matter what. Believing in yourself, having a healthy mindset and not believing toxicity that's on the internet is important to finding a relationship imo.

Woah better not talk about the men who treat women like human beings or you'll get downvoted to oblivion

I don't know how else to explain that I like being approached, I am open to being approached, and I would be happy if I got approached more often. I don't care if they are awkward or not smooth or anxious. I just want them to use common sense with their timing and read the room/my body language.
/r/seduction23/05/21 08:46 PM
1

It's more of a common sense thing, I think most places are fine to approach a woman if you read the room and are confident with your approach. It's a case by case thing, not 'avoid x y and z places"

Loneliness is a factor of depression, absolutely. Saying that dating will cure loneliness is like saying eating candy will cure hunger. Sure it may work as a band-aid for a short period of time, but that line of thinking is incredibly unhealthy and will cause you issues in the future. This advice is for men and woman alike - I can't stress this enough: don't ask ANYONE out because you think it will solve your loneliness People can smell desperation from a mile away. Your partner is not your ther…

I've approached plenty of guys, it's not easy but I pick the right moments and social settings for approaching. It's not hard to be thoughtful and respectful. At the end of the day, relationships are always optional. Rejection is a natural part of life
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:50 PM
1

Yeah that's not how it works for most women, if we don't believe a man has respect to realise when we don't wanna chat, then his personality is ugly and we will say no. We don't assess people based on looks alone.
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:49 PM

I see eye to eye with many men on this sub, I like the idea of being approached, it makes me feel good when a man flirts with me/gives me a compliment. I was offering some advice on a better way to do it, because ultimately I want men to be successful at dating. Not sure what this power nonsense you're talking is about.
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:46 PM

No one is trying to make men seem like evil predators, you're just unable to accept constructive criticism.
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:43 PM

Thank you for your kind and sympathetic words. I know I might be a minority, but I actually would love to be approached more by men, as long as it's in an appropriate setting. Dating and figuring out approaches is hard!
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:42 PM
0

No we just want men to believe women when they say "this approach makes me uncomfortable, I suggest you try another approach" And not completely get defensive when women offer advice and their perspective.

Sounds like you've got a good solid approach, well done!

Right? How will anyone improve if you're not actually going to listen to other people's suggestions
/r/seduction23/05/21 05:31 PM

I'm not telling people to STOP approaching, I'm saying to be SMARTER about it and try to think of it from a woman's perspective. I want guys to be successful in their approach, and making the woman comfortable is absolutely the path to success. OP is delusional if he thinks I'm telling people not to do that.

What I'm saying regarding to the gym - look for a time when the woman is not busy. Personally, I enjoy being in a good frame of mind to respond to someone when they ask me out, which is not the case during or after working out with weights. Weights get lots of adrenaline and hormones pumping and can make people "irritable" due to those hormones. Would you rather a guy ask a girl out at an inopportune time and be snapped at? Didn't think so. When I'm working out, or just finished, I am fine with …

Woman here. I don't get asked out much, but when I have been asked out it was very weird and uncomfortable. One guy threw his number at me as he left the train, without saying anything. Another guy told me I looked like a "librarian" (NOT a compliment) and when I said I was late for work he said "let's go to Paris" I'm open to being asked out on dates but as long as the guy is socially capable enough to talk properly then I'd actually enjoy it. Regarding the gym, I'd prefer to be asked out befor…

I'd recommend for her to get therapy and get off reddit all together, since it seems she gravitates towards red pill subs which are obviously terrible. If she can hang out often with a supportive group of lady friends that would be ideal. They can help her build some healthy self esteem and deprogram her redpill cult like mind set.

Idk why people are down voting the idea of having female friends? It's healthy to make friends with the opposite sex. I get attracted/crushes on my male friends all the time, but they pass. It is. Usually women wanna be left alone. However, in some cases the woman are open to it (probably best after a workout at the lockers) it will be cool to build up some communication first. I wouldn't suggest asking her out straight away, just building communication, talking about things in common, finding out if she's single etc. Then ask her out

Woman here. I don't shame or feel negatively about anyone who has learned from their past behaviour. I think it shows strength and courage to learn from mistakes. I picture it as a man who just needed help talking to women and figuring them out. However they fell into the lure of the false promises and lies of PUA and redpill culture. Its important to have a group of men supporting you, but it's a problem when it gets toxic, like Red Pill is.

I'll have to disagree with you with the cosmetic argument. I love buying makeup and cosmetics for myself as I enjoy it as an artform. I get told often by men that I don't "need" makeup and that I wear too much. But I don't wear makeup for the male gaze.

Glad to see another childfree lady! Some people think you will change your mind, but I think they were always fence sitters. When people decide to have children at 18 or 22 they're never told "too young" to have decided to have a child, funny that never occurs in the reverse. Can I also point out that women have ALWAYS been the disenfranchised and oppressed sex. A subreddit for an oppressed set of people is going to scare oppressive types of people. As someone living outside the US, I'm gobsmacked that this stereotype exists and black women are treated so poorly. It's so unfair. Could someone please educate me why this is, I don't understand? Is this due to slavery roots?

Yes they exist! With a close friend of mine, he was super respectful to me and didn't pursue me in any way. Then one day, I decided I wanted some benefits because I wasn't emotionally ready for a relationship, but was getting sexually frustrated so I discussed it with him. He decided that he would prefer a relationship, however I really didn't want that, and besides, I knew a relationship between us would be awkward, we are much better suited as close friends. It's a bit of a long story, but my FWB doesn't meet my minimum requirements for me to date him. So I rejected his request to date but compromised on a FWB situation
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/01/20 05:21 AM

I have an unpopular opinion but that's because my FWB is a confirmed HVM. I don't want to date him right now, but we started out as best friends and he has treated me really well, even better now that we are doing FWB. For me, FWB is the best thing I can do right now, as im not mentally in the right headspace for a relationship. I know that I'm probably in the minority here, because most other men would be really shitty and selfish in a FWB situation.

All of the above, I get bored of routine and vanilla sex if it's not changed up sometimes. I've felt sexually fulfilled in one relationship but the man was too low value so I left him. I genuinely don't think I'll find a high value man who is also entertaining and sexually intelligent enough to keep me sustained for the rest of my life. I haven't been in a poly relationship at all - but I feel like I will want to open my future relationships up. I'm in the same boat, marriage is steeped with archaic ideals and reminds me of a direct way to keep women disenfranchised. Too messy and expensive if divorce happens (and statistics don't lie) as well. For me, I'm also childfree so I have even more reason not to. Even if I ever change my mind (I wont)- I don't like the idea of marriage, especially it's expected for the woman to take the man's last name, and ESPECIALLY the kids. Nah, not into that. I know a HVM gamer, it's because he only games sometimes and has other healthy hobbies he spends his time doing as well. He always puts his studies, health (gym) and chores first. PLOT TWIST: That TRP post was written by a woman infiltrator who wanted men to read and study this sub. Hoping their repeat exposure over time means that they actually become better men, akin to the phrase "fake it till you make it". (A girl can dream ok)

I'm so proud of myself, before FDS I wouldn't have noticed this as a red flag and kept talking to him. Now I know better!

Honestly probably, it makes me sad. I play games for a JOB I wanna do fun activities outside of that! I don't even wanna date gamer guys!

I do content creation as a job (gaming/comedy), so he asked what video games I play. I don't really want to give random ass men a link to my profile for obvious reasons. I think I'll take it off my OLD profile now 😂

I'm actually pretty calm right now, I think my tone isn't coming across well online. I will learn teach myself about index funds, so there is some nugget of advice I can take away from your comments. Thanks!

I know about making money through a few streams and how to budget for myself, but I wasn't brought up in a financially literate family. Once I moved out, my money is going towards just EXISTING and squirreling away money for a rainy day. I dont rely on anyone to give me a hand out. The cost of living where I am is pretty high, and I'm not even living in an expensive city in this country. It sounds like you're coming from a place of privilege, your "advice" would be better recieved if you had a b…

Living with parents is a big red flag for me, I avoid men who live with parents because they are almost all man children. Glad you dumped his ass!

I don't know many man who care about ethnic noses, I've acrually met quite a few who like character on a woman's face, and don't find button or small noses attractive. I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit!

I'll just add that masculine jaw and features doesn't make a woman unattractive - in fact there are many androgynous woman that people find very attractive (Ruby Rose for example)

He sounds like a catch to me, I would love to date a never married man with a vasectomy (given proof of it of course). However the red flag is that he hasn't directly asked you out on a date, he should be treating you as a queen. I'm not sure why he hasn't directly asked you on a date, it could be that he's hiding something.

I know you aren't OP, I'm just venting my frustrations here. It's actually so common and I'm sick of it

How good of a friend is he, if he's pushing for something you don't want?? Sounds like someone who was just being your friend to eventually date/sleep with you. Not a good friend at ALL.

The point of this is post asking advice on how to confirm this before the date. I'm not terribly young, but I have very little dating experience.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/11/19 02:08 AM

I don't like blindly going into the date without confirming this. Going dutch is increasing in popularity here.

I chose the "never want children" options in the daring apps I'm on. If I feel a connection with someone I usually bring it up in conversation online, many men are taken aback by how stubborn I am on this issue. I usually get insults like "Why do you hate kids?" Which I turn around on them and ask "Why do you hate the environment?" And explain how having a child is the #1 way humans speed up climate change. Of course I don't judge anyone who has children, I merely say this to sass moids before I…

Actually, the term is largely used by empowered women who chose not to bear children. I've never seen it being used in a derogatory way, so if it is being used like you said, those people are the clear minority here. Childfree women get called rude names and are largely hated by society (especially parents) just because of our choice. Just like single mothers face backlash by moids, so too do childfree women, so I don't think we should be pitting against each other here, especially not in this s…

That's not a smart idea because then it looks like I don't have any money to get home, and he could easy offer me a ride or suggest to go back to his... which I definitely DON'T want to do.

I'm in the exact same boat as you, I'm childfree for life and I'm not sure when to bring it up. On my dating profiles I make sure to tick the "not interested in having children" type option so people know I'm childfree. In my search terms I look for men who are childfree or "unsure" as usually these types of people don't really care for kids either but are too afraid to admit that, as they think they will scare potential partners off. Or they may be fence sitters who I can explain the REAL reali…

For me I've only had one man admit that to me, every other one has (thankfully) said they wouldn't dream of it. They want someone their age or older.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/11/19 08:15 AM

100% deal breaker, even if he tries to jusitfy it by saying "but she has to be mature for her age!". No chance in hell I wanna date a guy who wants an 18 year old. Even an early 20s woman would be a hard pass for me.

I had a similar experience too, learned the hard way why older men went for younger women. Luckily I was stubborn and not easy to manipulate so I ended that relationship pretty quickly and told him how much of a piece of shit he was
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/11/19 08:11 AM
11

I think men want someone easy to manipulate/control, so they go for younger women with little life/dating experience. That's not to say all younger women are easier to control, younger women are usually naive to the manipulation of men.

Same here! Ive had guys COMPLAIN to me that I don't date "tall" men. Ugh 😒
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/11/19 05:37 AM

I don't want to go on the date and find out, I want to find out before I meet that person, to avoid awkwardness in person.

That's a good idea. I'm really new to dating so drinks seems a bit easier to start with, but I can totally understand your sentiment towards dates with food. I hope to one day be confident enough to ask for that first 😊
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/11/19 02:09 AM

Actually, what i said was "I really love that place! The drinks are expensive though" I figured that distinction was not that I would pay for it, just that I have been there before, and thought it was the polite way to lead into him responding "no problem, drinks are on me" or a similar response. Note that he didn't offer to pay at all during the entire conversation, even before I stated that so it was very confusing for me. I have learned from this thread that next time I'll just say "Where are…

Exactly this
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/11/19 01:59 AM

I dony think i made myself clear- The act of paying wouldn't give me anxiety, the change of plans would. Finding out that he is too stingy to pay and the confrontation that would ensue would give me bad anxiety, on top of regular anxiety.

I didn't go on the date with him, I unmatched him :) I deserve better
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/11/19 01:54 AM

That's why I was so confused as to why he didn't offer to pay? Why waste my time like that?

That goes against my nature of wanting to teach men things 😂 I totally understand where you're coming from and appreciate your advice
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/11/19 01:35 PM

So you're saying I should assume the guy pays every time? But I want to avoid going out on a date and being forced to pay for my own drinks/food etc. That would give me a LOT of anxiety
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/11/19 01:32 PM
5

How can I convey this to him? I want him to understand I don't wanna date someone who doesn't offer to pay
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/11/19 01:31 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
