A&A has worked for me. I asked a coworker out after her shift. Her shift ran much later than I expected so I told her another time, i have to be up early. She called me lame. I said something Like "sorry, mommy says it's past my bed time." Worked like a charm.

Lift heavy weights, squat, deadlift, bench press, weighted pull ups, etc. Follow a program like stronglifts or starting strength. Once that slows down switch to a Lol program or wendler 5/3/1 or some other well known program. Cardio is good for your heart, but lifting and your diet will make you look good.

Your brain and nervous system is the only part of your body that has to run on carbohydrates, it does not use fat as a fuel source. Poor/imbalanced fat sources can fuck up your horomone production and good fats like fish oil can reduce inflammatory markers and cortisol. Your conclusion is right, but your premise is wrong. Your body argument is incorrect. Can you get jacked by eating fast food and drinking protein shakes? Yes, you can. All that matters is calories and protein content for body com…

This is great, but for the love of god please look up some credible info on form and programming. I see so many people fucking up their joints. Start lifting and keep improving your form. Your body will thank you years down the line.

And i was saying the reason you got results is hard work and enough calories, not creatine and protein shakes. Thats different from saying anyone could take it amd get bog without work.

If you think creatine helps you, take it. The placebo along with the small benefit it provides may be worth it. HIIT is different from high intensity weight lifting. The reason HIIT increases caloric expenditure the day or two following is because of the increased heart rate and metabolic stressors increase norepinephrine and other lypolitic horomones to help you produce the energy necessary. This doesn't really apply to strength bouts because they dont last long enough, have as many contraction…

I know what creapure is. Its a highly marketed brand of creatine there is nothing different between it and the cheapest 100% monohydrate you can find. The placeabo effect is very strong, my friend. And toms of people take it because it has some scientifically backed benefits, but they are small and specific to certain situations. The supplement industry loves to exaggerate claims to sell shit. Its not worthless, but it will help you only a tiny bit, so unless you're elite, its not worth it. It w…

This is straight bro science and the spreading of this bullshit pisses me off. The research clearly shows that hypertrophy correlates highly with the number of sets at or near failure. Rep ranges dont matter, however if you want to get better at heavy weights, lift heavy, if you want to do improve with lighter weights do more reps. Protein after a workout its bullshit as well. It doesnt affect insulin levels at all. The research shows this. Carbs do, however. Best advice is to eat a meal after w…

This is good general advice for noobs, but not 100% correct. That whole percentages section is bullshit. You do want to control the weight, but if you do 3sec eccentrics you're not going to have as much time under tension and metabolic fatigue in fast glycolytic muscle fibers- you big fibers wont be working as hard. Just control the weight and dont rush your reps. No need to count. Pull ups- dont cross your legs, it reduces hip/low back stability by reducing glute activation. Point your toes and…

Might be good to rinse before soaking or boiling to make sure the beans are clean and make sure you cook them thoroughly. Otherwise there isnt much you can do. I have a ton of protein in my diet so i have gas already. I dont really give a shit.

Rinsing takes away a lot of vitamins and minerals as well as the flavor. You really dont need to even soak them. Just boil them 30 mins longer and theyll come out the same.

This advice is not nearly detailed enough to be much help. You want to lose weight the guaranteed way? Count calories and make sure you get enough protein. Get an app like myfitnesspal, track your calories, lifting weights so you dont look weak as well. Adjust your caloric intake depending on what the scale says. You gained 2lbs in the last 2 weeks? Subtract 500 calories a day. It takes discipline, but it works 100% of the time.
