Wouldn't it just be better if women just went natural? Why would women get all dolled up? Is it just for the attraction of men? I totally agree that men need to spend more time on their appearance if they want the attention of women. Some men do, and many men don't.

Men need to take care of themselves and so do women. Women are clearly competing with each other as well. If they don't take care of themselves, men won't look at them. Some women are really adept in the art of beautification, and can go up several notches. This causes other women to play the game as well. Men get fooled constantly. I guess we can debate as to why women spend so much time on beauty, but Men need to spend more time on that as well. Some men are fairly good at it, and others are n…

Men and women need to take care of their health, and appearance. Men definitely get fooled by women that are gifted in the art of make-up. I would totally prefer a natural women that takes care of her health and certain parts of their appearance(teeth, exercise, acne, etc.). I want to see what is actually there. It would make most women less attractive overall, but I want to see the real thing. My wife rarely wears make up, and she has such a natural beauty. I know we all try to present ourselve…

There are cultures that hide behind women and children, that is for sure. There are also cultures that make sure their women and children are in a safe spot when conflict goes down. There will be exceptions when men protected themselves first. Titanic is an example of what should happened, is an example of what Western culture teaches, and should aspire to.

There are some women that tend to have masculine traits that pick those stereotypical jobs. There are men who have feminine traits that go to stereotypical femine jobs. Egalitarian (Scandinavian)societies show that there is a very distinctive, and in some cases an even more prominent difference, in what jobs men and women choose, and it follows the stereotypes. For instance STEM, and people related jobs. It suggests a more genetic reasoning as opposed to an oppressed cultural oppression type rea…

If they are happy with each other, completely a win. I would personally say I had a glow up in my 20s(happily married in my 40s currently). I have seen women go through that time in their life coming out not looking so good. They had a sense they were high value when they were younger, and they went down hill bad. They have some serious coping strategies. They are more common then women would like you to believe, probably because that is who they are.. I suspect that some women on this sub have …

Men do need to better themselves. Completely agree, but in large part they have been disposable. Talking about splitting bills is in no way showing how disposable men are. For the longest time I history, men went to war, and died. The reason medical Healthcare is bad for women, is because early on, men were the ones tested on. Some of those men had terrible results. Even in the military today, with women now being allowed in combat arms jobs, that area of the military is primarily men. Men have …

I think I see how people are thinking about competition. I don't think men should necessarily chase women, especially women who are entertaining multiple men. I think working on yourself is indeed the competition. I do understand that some men have achieved, but have trouble due to multiple issues. This post has come off as pro women, which it really is not intended exactly to be. I don't understand how people wish for women to behave a certain way, usually referencing mate value, and how that w…

Of course not completely, but you can make it off of merit, and we should strive for a country where that is truly the case. There are gatekeepers of power, and that appears to come from legislatures, and bureaucrats. If you have a established big business, chances are you have the ability to keep up and comers down. What other country do you think is more based off of merit?

Thank you for your comment. I was hoping for an example that you were aware of. This was asking due to the comment from the person a few comments up where he mentions the "observable loser". I would definitely agree with you saying that it is due to something I don't see, but that is really not what the question was. To clarify, the thing that I don't see, what from your experience have you seen it to be. Again, Thank You for your comment, and be blessed.

Ok, so do you know exactly why, or observed why some women would choose the observable loser?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 02:21 AM
1

Of course. Looks do matter, but he is talking about people he views as loosers getting women. What is your take on an unattractive male, who is unsuccessful, and an ass, that is able to get women. I would like a women's take on that. Have you ever been with such a described person? If so, why?

Obviously you are educated. Tall is a good thing, Obviously. I am sure you are fully aware you know how women will weaponize your insecurities against you, but that is not something that can be shut off. They are insecure, and attacking insecurities I fully believe is their way of coping. That argument is such a straw men that continually gets used. Here is a little venting from me, attacking insecurities to me shows me how much a clown that women is, and I do see it a lot on this sub. There is …

I agree. You self improve for you, not them. That is where the competition is. Women lure you out of that for their own validation. They don't tell you the truth on what will cause you to be successful with them. Some women keep you chasing a carrot that you will never get. The best version of yourself, which means you are competent in your own interests, and who you are, I truly believe is where success will be. They are out of the picture in a sense. There is not any sense in pandering with mo…

Ok, I don't think men should chase women that are entertaining several men for some women's validation. I am with you on investing in yourself. That is where I have seen success, and that is where I feel the true competition is. I am with you in brightening your own feathers while the simps try to, and fail, to get the women. Ok. I m curious. Do you mind telling me how old you are? Can you describe yourself in a fashion that is acceptable to you? In my job(which I won't say what it is) me and my co workers make decent money, and most of them have a girlfriend or wife. It is an attainable job. I would venture to guess they are not all Chad's, but I might be wrong. Is it being social with the opposite sex that is the issue? Is it looks, or the general 6 6s thing. There are people who have made it by their ability, and bitter resentment for those that have achieved doesn't do anyone any good. If you read history, then you will see how jealousy has justified horrible atrocities. Let's not pretend that those things never happened. Of course there are evil rich and powerful people. There are also poor and evil people. We all have evil in us. What are you going to do to better your situation?

A mother giving birth, and nursing a child is natural. There is medical intervention in certain cases, and to certain degrees. There are levels to what is acceptable, and not. What would you like women to do, and how would the women be incentivized to do it? If your argument is simply based off the fact that saying it is natural doesn't justify the behavior, then what is your effective way of handling it. We have laws against certain types of behaviors, and medical practices for certain conditio…

I haven't had the Army tell me to do things like women have. Also, I was in a combat arms unit, so you notice how creative thinking will help you survive combat, which was noticed in combat. You learn how to do things, but it is not about being a robot. Ya, you have to follow orders, but you have to figure out how to be better, and accomplish the objectives. Have you been in any American Armed Forces Unit?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 11:27 PM

What have laws against those behaviors. So do you suggest we have laws for how men and women select each other? One, both parties choose, in the crimes, one party gets dominated by the other. Do you see women's selection as dominance, and thus needing legislation for?

What is the idea of the competition? Is it trying to get the women's attention when other men are striving for it as well, or is it making the best version of yourself that is possible?

Fair enough. That would seem like a good way to concentrate on improving oneself, and that is the game. Dont simp over a woman playing several men. I don't think those women are worth it.

Ok, that is not what I am going for. Eff that. I am not here for her validation. If that is what it is coming off to people, then no. My effort is going to be me making myself the best version of myself. Essentially spending time improving my feathers. Those are self devalued women. They will try to make you believe that you are low on the totem pole. Dont let them place you were they want you, and they aren't a judge of your worth. For me, I was kinda shocked that my worth was found with higher end people, who were very attractive. I thought I would get more validation from lower level women, but no, I was surprised that my "fit" was better than I thought. Then I realized that I don't put my own self worth with anybody, men or women. Some peo…

It sounds like you worked on you, competed to better yourself, and didn't pander to those women. You demonstrated my point with them coming for you. Also, some women choose certain ponds to fish from. Maybe they think that is the best out there. I wonder if it worked out for them? People do things because society says it's the "IN" thing to do. Some women fall for that trap, and become a trap.

It applies to women as well. Remember, we have a prefrontal cortex, and from my understanding, that what gives us the ability the make rational decisions. We evolve. It is the same reason that we no longer, for the most part, physically fight until a winner is revealed. We compete in a number of areas in life(music, intellectual endeavors, physical endeavors etc.).Women seem to be having very high mental health problems related to social media. Be competent, and get that good women. She might of had some good looking physical characteristics, but women know how to fake looking good. Ok. Are we sure that it is as high as 75 percent of men are father's? Was not aware that it was currently that high. Is that world wide, or a specific region? What is the percentage for women? Is it when choosing men, or more so women choosing when to have babies? For instance, birth control and abortion. No moral judgment on those subjects. Just want to know if women are selecting mates, and that is why, or if they are selecting when they choose to have a child(ren).

You know what sucks, some dude that will decide to be with her, and that child doesn't get that badass father. Which he is really not a badass because he left. The child of the winner father could end up with a legitimate douche of a step dad. Depending on how the genes play out, that kid could be amazing, The child's upbringing will be compromised. I am totally with this. This is basically what happened when I joined the Army. To keep it short, working on me changed how women treated me. The more competent I was, the more naturally confident I was, and I didn't have to try to fit some mold that women told me was ideal. Just about everything I was told was hogwash. If you want to be part of spawning the next generation, playing the game sounds like the most viable option. I don't think we do artificial insemination the other way. Checking out is an option. If you do not want a family, and just sex, there is that option. If everybody did that, then it would eventually be the end of human civilization. If you want a family, spawn the next generation, become a father ;it appears you have to play the game to some degree.

Women select, or in power hierarchies, men select. America is mostly a hierarchy of competence. In general, the better you are, the better life outcomes. Men are somehow selected in or out for many reasons. This is demonstrated in many ways in the animal kingdom. Either the tale on the pelican, the croke of a frog, birds spreading their feathers, and many mammals, (and other animals)fighting until there is a decided winner. Even in lobsters. Denying that there is an inherit selection process tha…

Your right in that way, but you still fixed it, and they didn't. It is causing me to think in a different way though. If you appear to be the one, then that is awesome. All other men not playing in that arena maybe seen as incompetent just because they haven't strutted their stuff. If you improve yourself by competing, even behind closed doors, when it comes time to show your skills, you will apear like a Billy badass(in a sense). Ok, I do think there is a difference in what I am proposing. The mainstream advice is to be a simp. That doesn't work. I think some women will absolutely lie to your face about what they want for whatever reason. I think it is inherit in us to watch behavior, that would be showing the truth. Instead of being a simp, and turning into an incel, become a man. If you don't want to express your feelings, don't. If you don't want to be her friend, then don't. You do the things you want. Ya, I personally don't think a government should force it's will on people, and it should be a meritocracy. That type of control has gone awry a lot. The over powering force could bed(rape) your wife, and you might have to father that child.

I don't think all men are settled for, and some men are just a better fit for a particular women. I have heard women saying how they were coerced by family, or some other reason, into marrying someone who had a good job, and leave the true love of their life. It supposedly against her true want, but compliant with her family. How the old flame sees the other in passing, and there is still love in their eyes for each other. I personally think the man just didn't want her, and that is her cope.

Sadly agree. Not trying to be black pill, but I don't know a way around it once you get older. If you do have children though, I would argue that there is a win. That deep connection of being desired above all others is so sought after, but what happens if that is not possible?

For clarity, what do you mean as far as realistic standards? Are the women not able to get with men, or are they getting with a 10 when they are a 5 on a ons? They may rather choose to be the ons, because that makes them happy or fulfilled.

I do wish I had more of a thought out, contributing response to this, but I totally agree with what you are saying. It does give me some inflection, and hope as to you saying that we do have free will to operate against those hard-coded things. I will admit, I have internally fought with myself to better who I am. I totally do see, and agree with men having trouble doing it outside certain aspects in life. To start this part off, I think men and women ride on a spectrum of masculine and feminine traits, but trend to one side or the other as a group(men, and women women respectfully). To further clarify what i am about to say, it will mean I am just speaking of averages of each group. As far as I've read, men trend toward things, and women trend toward people. I guess I particularly don't relate to the idea of homosexuality making men insecure do to "societal norms". I think it mainly rides on having meaning and purpose. The assertion of homosexuality as being a major contributing factor seems to be more on the side of a political correct ideology forcing itself into a situation where that is not the issue, rather some are trying to make it an issue. Men bond together for a common goal. For example, war, sports, or a business. They rely on each other. Once that particular person leaves the organization, they are not contributing to that goal. The person that left doesn't have a purpose unless he finds one. The whole hetero sexual/ homophobic angle doesn't fly.
