I think I provided sufficient explanation. My argument was pretty straightforward. How bad is your social calibration exactly when you for example spill hot coffee on your grandma, and play it off with a straight face as if nothing happened in order to not show weakness. Seriously. Just be honest with me instead of beating around the bush. You're angry with me for dissenting and challenging an endorsed contributor. If the ideas on this subreddit are so fragile that you can't challenge them, if o…

Why is using the word 'insecure' a big deal? Would it please the mods more if I used the word self-conscious or paranoid instead?

Well... My gf also cheated on her ex with me and left him for me That's a huge red flag dude. After you said this, I'd say she probably will cheat. And if not now, then another time when she wants to branch swing. Why would you LTR her, knowing full well that she might branch swing like this?

You're legitimately autistic/mentally challenged if you never apologize. There are moments when it is absolutely appropriate to apologize. Now obviously, the idea is that you should only apologize if you are actually certain you did something wrong. A woman complains to you, saying you are egotistic this or that, blah blah. Do you apologize? No you don't unless you KNOW you did something wrong. And if you DO apologize, keep it brief and collected. And I agree with the notion of ignoring it and j…

This post is so exquisitely autistic, I love it.

How tall are you? Your numbers are very nice, so you're probably quite big if you're short. Here's something that I think might be the case: Maybe you are so muscular that you make women insecure/feel inadequate. I think for many women, they aren't as interested when a man is significantly higher than her when it comes to physical appearance SMV. You should look the way you want, but given your strength level I would say you probably won't lose much by being smaller/weaker. I just wanted to make…

There really isn't any big difference between heights when it comes to your goals. You should strive to be at a bodyfat around 10% and as big as you can become. 'Too big' is seriously hard to achieve at a low bodyfat and with no steroids. The only caveat is that when you are shorter, being excessively wide can reinforce the fact that you are short. Just look the way that you find ideal. Women are not gonna turn you down for having slightly more muscle than their ideal. What are your stats on the…

Why would you care? If you are in doubt, he/she is not worth your attention anyway. Would you seriously consider someone you suspected of being the same sex as yourself?

This is on point. I'd say socializing would come before practicing an art. Being integrated in a network of people that benefit you either professionally, casually, intellectually or whatever is really important. Networking and making relations means a lot for your wellbeing, professional success and personal evolution. You HAVE to socialize if you want to improve yourself, you don't have to practice an art, but it is still good to do so.

She's going to the mall and having dinner with a dude that explicitly wants to fuck her, and she told you who she went with only after you asked. If she had respect for you she would not hang out 1on1 with other dudes that show interest. You need to let her go and realize long distance relationships are for low value men with no abundance. It's harsh, but true. Have you even read the rational male?

Anyone can put on muscle buddy, it's just about the 3 methods I told you. You can't expect much improvement on a deficit and you won't progress much in strength if at all, just try to maintain. Look up the web, the info is out there.

You can, but the extent is so small that you shouldn't care about getting the best of both worlds. Get your body fat down to a comfortable lean level, then get on a surplus and kick ass. You need to do 3 things right if you want to succeed: Eat as many calories you need to hit your goals. Get decent amounts of protein Work hard in the gym, progressive overload, compound movements Get sufficient sleep, aim for 8 hours. Not seeing results? You're doing one of these things wrong. Most likely not hi…

What's your current body fat percantage? It's hard to build muscle and strength on a deficit. If you want to lose fat (and a bit of muscle) make 100% sure you are on a deficit. When you are at low badyfat (I'd say 10-12%) then I would get on a surplus. Your body builds muscle more efficiently when you are lean.

It probably depends on the timeframe. If you look above average, but have average game you will have an easier time getting initial attraction and success with women, but it might slip away as your average game is "exposed" for a lack of better word - and vice versa for average looks and above average game. Honestly nobody should care. Work with what you have. Make yourself the best looking man possible for you and bring your A game. There will always be someone better than you in any single giv…

Just to play the devils advocate here, Jordan Peterson advocates that men make themselves attractive to many women but choose one, which essentially means dread game in TRP terminology. Some people here on TRP subs are too dismissive of Jordan Peterson, he's brilliant and the vast majority of his advice is virtually identical to key red pill guidelines, but worded differently. Of course some of his advice is contrary to RP, but he spreads important messages about hypergamy and (male) self-improv…

The message is that you should become a person that you treat as if you were a person that deserved to be loved and respected. So act in ways that allow you to find that respect and appreciation for yourself. Some men here in the manosphere glorify this fantasy/ideal of the carricatured man that is essentially one step from being a psychopath. A man who does not care for deep relationships, a narcissist who only loves himself, a manipulator. My opinion is that you need to understand that these i…

You need to see a professional. No offense, wishing you the best. And by the way, don't feel too bad about it - depression can happen to anyone so just accept it and seek the help that you require :)

You should look up Matthew Walker on Joe Rogans podcast, he has some profound insight regarding sleep and it's importance. And if that interests you, then I also recommend reading his book "Why We Sleep".

That's impressive, good job. Mind telling us a bit more about the process? How long it took, your approach, etc? Pretty curious.

I would suggest that you either shave it all off if it doesn't look good. You could also look into Minoxidil to regain hair growth.
