I've heard some pretty amazing things about cooking with coconut oil too. There is a booth at my fav farmers market that sells it as as a semi-solid I think. I'm going to try it and visit the butchers there to get the stuff I need to make bone broth as tempest suggested below. I'm told the coconut makes everything taste amazing haha.

Everything is much better thank you! Still have bad days but overall I'm fantastic by comparison lol. My hair and nails have just been really slow to recover and I had a few setbacks. Nails are easy to keep if I stay up on it. For me it is worth having them done with shellac every few weeks. And my hair is better and getting better still.

Because they are open about it maybe, they won't repress their feelings. They don't seem to have any problem voicing their desires and are just honest with themselves and their partners about expectations. Can't see an alpha accepting a brush off from a woman whenever she doesn't feel like it.

This is an excellent point, and one that didn't occur to me at all. This is a much better argument for why she shouldn't get compensation for the expenses during the years they were married. If this was the case, she already received compensation (and then some even) for her expenses after the divorce, and never should have even attempted to file a lawsuit.

According to the article, he requested the divorce. Just saying... I think the $150,000 isn't unreasonable, she did spend 8 years with him in prison before the divorce. Half his compensation is totally unreasonable, because for two thirds of the time they weren't married. But you can't deny she spent many years supporting him and the original amount awarded by the judge seems pretty fair.

Honestly, my wages are just above average at this point especially considering the economy. My starting wage was $45,000 CAD but I've had one small raise (since January) and I'm told it will be going up soon to something 'more appropriate for my position'.
