You can. It’s important to understand that every choice you make is completely up to you, now. Part of GYOW is picking your battles and knowing who and who not to deal with. I’m a skinny dude and I was living quite the sedentary life style. Start with small exercises depending on what your goals are, and gradually move up from there! I started having pelvic floor issues because I was sitting all day and barely doing any exercises, so I started small, doing air squats, lunges, etc and then after awhile I started hitting up the gym to get a little more cut and to do some cardio. Everyone is different. I, unfortunately, had to learn the hard way about what women are really about because I like to see the best in everyone. Some, can just do it like it’s no problem. MGTOW was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I have never felt so liberated mentally. I’m only 22 but I have been through the ringer with women and have had it with government oppression.
