Bro I've been there... I am 22 years old as well... Cold approach is great for building confidence and if you are doing it right, also getting dates and meeting girls. As an engineer, it is probably not the best way. Going to clubs and "gaming" there is way better if you actually want to get one night stands etc. Daygame is better for setting up strong dates and meeting girls anywhere you want. Hey bro, The simple but hard answer here. 1)The answer is simple. Approach, even if you are feeling incredible pain, sweating, etc. You are not going to get any more confident or better if you don't approach. 2)Change your perspective and intention.
