Maybe start hanging out at a local coffee shop. If you’re just looking for hook ups, then go to clubs & find some chicks, but you won’t find anybody that wants anything serious. You seem to enjoy a quiet life considering you live out in BFE, maybe also consider attending local events like car shows, fairs, etc.

Get a people job. Like a bartender, or retail. I’ve always been shy, but since I’ve been working with the public instead of working back of house in a restaurant it comes more natural. Or just fucking go for it. Tell her how pretty she is. “Excuse me, but you’re absolutely beautiful” then you just gotta pay attention to body language.
