I'd wait 2-3 days, just don't turn her texting buddy.

Buy some dumbells and get to work. Did that for months when lockdown initially started.

I did. Worked in b2b sales for 4 years after undergrad. It was decent money but absolutely hated my life and realized that I needed an out. I bailed once COVID hit and moved overseas to teach English. Been here almost a year and am currently working on upgrading my visa to open up some more doors. I don't pay rent and have been able to save and put aside for retirement. Couldn't be happier.

Just don't tell her and keep your cool. It's none of her business

I know it's been said time and time again on this sub, but if you're not already doing it, lift. Or if you have a huge gut, get serious and cut down the weight. Buy clothes that fit you well and are somewhat stylish. Two years ago I looked like a weenie with scrawny arms and my personality reflected the way I looked. I was treated accordingly. My charisma went through the roof after I began lifting and had clothes that didn't only consist of sweatpants and shitty pub-crawl t's

Dude, your biggest problem is having the mindset of "finding another girl" like her again. You're interacting with women and making an immediate comparison to your ex. Deal with women on a case-by-case basis and just enjoy the ride. Chances are you'll find another chick with more compatibility, bigger ass, etc...

Girls have it much easier to where they can hit the ground running after a breakup. It'll be a lingering thought for a little, but just put yourself first from here on out and you'll be back up and running in no time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
