Not dumb at all!! In fact, I cold approached a girl once at a store, got her number and we went on a first date. During the date, after she learned what my first name was (I normally go by my initials), she became super pale! Long story short, we’re in the US, I had the same very uncommon first name and from the same far away country her very recent her ex husband was from. I’ve being doing direct approaches for YEARS. I would honestly say the times you get “eww that’s creepy” is about 3% or less. Yes, for those of us not great at Math, that means 3 out of every 100 women would give you the look. True! It’s all about rolling the dice. Some other post I saw yesterday in this sub talks about the number of women in a given area. Assuming you live in a mid to large city, the number of women you come across regularly is truly astonishing. You are a pro, sir. You’re absolutely right. The two values; confidence + status go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other. Status doesn’t mean you drive a super expensive car and work in the C suite, one can have a regular job and a regular house and apartment but exudes hella confidence. Women can sense that.
