Yeah. The majority of photos of me are ones taken by someone else and they're usually not great. I still use the same picture I had taken years ago at a previous employer for LinkedIn as my current work head shot has me looking like ZZTop with my current hair/beard length.

Same. "Would you?" is the general extent of it. Anything else is usually playing off of double entendres or innuendos in certain situations. The only time I've ever seen something that was more than a fleeting reference was at a high school graduation party where we basically started going around the fire naming porn stars until you drew a blank or mentioned one already said and had to drop out (this was before smart phones, so something to pass the time).

The job stability helps a lot as well. There's not too many fields where you can just polish the resume up and bail (provided you know your stuff) fairly easily, often to better pay and conditions.

As a SysAdmin myself, the field has a lot of workers with varying levels of ASD. You have many tech workers who are hostile to just about everyone. I think it's less of that and more of a cost measure. It costs less to not put in a changing station. Plus making the restaurant/bar restrooms unfriendly to changing diapers, parents are less likely to frequent those establishments with children in tow and drive away other customers (it's less controversial than outright banning children). I've had a few instances where someone brought an extremely cranky toddler to the bar at 10 PM and annoyed the living hell out of everyone else there.

A "lap dance", not the woman performing said lap dance. Plus anyways, I wasn't a big fan of the idea. Oddly enough, I caught myself doing the same thing the last time my friends bought me one. I mostly talked with her about her college activities more than anything. Must've hit a note with her since I got a hug out of it at the end.

Psychological/Emotional and legal abuse the the most common two. Why put forth the effort to beat the guy yourself when you can just claim rape/abuse and let the cops do it? On top of that, then you can extort him for everything he is worth in the courts.
