5	Any advice on how to tell your girl to lose some weight It's evolved to be so much more than the relaxing, spiritual, find your inner Chakra (I think that's it) type of workout. I play rugby and lift weights regularly, but an hour and a half power yoga session kicks my ass every time. He and my womens studies professor would have gotten along too well. And WOW, that video disgusts me.
