Yes they do. Not that I've ever experienced it. They also initiate it with men they aren't in a relationship with and even strangers.

I thank you for the kind offer, wasn't really expecting it on this sub. I've talked to a lot of random strangers on the internet. I do enjoy doing it, but it usually ends with them frustrated by my negativity and depressive attitude.

I think a woman's perspective can be helpful because i can explain what men did that attracted me to them... So in that case my question is what have men done that has attracted you to them? My follow up question is out of those things what do you feel is easier to generalize to other women, and what things do you feel are more specific to your personality?

It's really not double texting when you think about it. Just a cleaner way to portray a message. Double texting is when they don't respond and then you send another message later. This is more like one message in multiple chunks.

How are you presenting yourself? If you are just acting as 'that friendly guy' then that's how these girls will view you. You can still be a nice and friendly fellow, but if you want to be more than that you need to make your intentions clear.

You should definitely approach girls now. It will be valuable experience for when you're older. I would stick to girls that are around the same age as you.
