Not that I disagree with anything you're saying, but you're going to extremes. The point above is that rich men generally won't disqualify women because they don't make tons of money alone, whereas even an average-earning woman has issues with an average-earning men because he's "too poor" for her. If men can learn to control it, so can women. Or are we returning to the days when women were deemed incapable of controlling their emotions? In other words, if someone starts crying during a disagreement or when they're in trouble, I'm definitely considering it a manipulation tactic. That's just too convenient of a timing. It's not different for the US. There's a study done for the US Dept of Labor IIRC that pretty much comes to the same conclusion. That study also mentions that not even close to all potential factors are even being tracked, so it's likely there is no significant difference.

Because behavior is graded through the lens of how much people like other people. If a straight-A student is talking in class, they'll get shushed. If a straight-D student talks in class, there's a good chance they'll get punished. Or even just teacher's pet vs the rest. Or girls vs boys. Etc.

I would suggest you start with Pease's Definitive Book of Body Language, if you haven't read it yet. I would even say that if you can apply the concepts from there in real life, it's more than enough.
