I see you received a lot of down votes but I agree with you for the most part. I won't go as far as to call him pathetic but if it was me in that situationit would be pathetic on my part. A handshake for me symbolizes many things and says a lot on what I am feeling about a person or a situation. If I'm pleased to meet you I'll shake your hand. If I'm not pleased I won't. I prefer to be honest and consistent in my interactions with people.

Your story almost sounds like mine. The only difference is that I never shook his hand. My life is immensely better 3+ years after my divorce and he was out of the picture in her life not long after the divorce but there's no way I would shake his hand.

I was married for 10 years and I will never marry again. There needs to be a cultural shift in attitudes towards marriage. It's simply not for everyone. I'd go as far as to say it's not for most people. I support and believe in the construct of family as an important unit in society but marriage involves the law. While hearts often change (as seen in article) the law is steadfast especially against men in divorce. Marriage is not necessary when co-habitation suffices in most situations.

While I currently have a girlfriend and in a fulfilling relationship I'm not above learning from others. I agree that being good with women and a PUA are two diametrically opposed things....or at the very least can be. I'm sure there plenty of men who use typical principles to create meaningful long term relationships. Yet, I agree that the po…

I prefer across for two reasons. I can read her body language better. I need elbow room when I eat.

I just started following this reddit because it interested me. I think your guide is very good and makes a lot of sense. I've had success with online dating (never used Tinder) and I agree with you on selfies as a general rule. That pic of you well dressed is a perfect example of the kinds of pics that should be going up. Good stuff IMO.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
