Except that some women put down a guy's name knowing, or even after a DNA test and the courts still make him pay. My wife was raped and murdered, and since then I've chosen not to sexually engage with anyone. My best friend is female. She has offered. For 20 years, it hasn't been INVOLUNTARY. HR's job is to protect the company. It's less likely the man will be supported and believed to the point it harms the company over a woman's report.
