Most people are awful at timing the market. Fidelity did a study that showed the most successful investors were either dead or forgot about their accounts. Just let that shit ride and keep your emergency fund stacked.

If you can deadlift 800lb but only curl 50lb. I'd say your arms are actually the weak point here. Your lifts are really all over the place. Again. If you can deadlift 800 but not even bench body weight. That's wack.

Benching less than body weight is weak. Not being able to do a pull up is weak. You're weak. The sooner you accept it and take personal responsibility. The sooner you can make positive changes.

At the moment. I only have 1 property. You could call it my primary residence. But I work out of town and travel so often that it would be silly of me not to rent it out. My tennant gets himself a whole house for cheap rent. He knows I come home for a few days a month. And I get a permanent house sitter that pays me. As for the financials. I put in 5% down. I've owned it for 2 years. Had it rented every single month so far. I've had to do a few things to it. Such as replace the washer and dryer.…

Buddy. I deadlifted 315 at 165lb on my very first day of actual weight training. Why? Because I've actually worked hard labor in my life and am not the typical it working redditfag. If it think 315 is unattainable. You actually suck at life.

I don't understand why people think you have to choose one or the other. I lift, climb and run. Gotta have that healthy heart and good aerobic system along with the aesthetic look. Makes my recovery from hard climbing or strength training days much better. And I have great stamina in bed.

No. The sport of climbing doesn't favor heavy people. So I try not to eat tooo much. But I realize I put a bit of a strain on my body. I normally eat 4 solid meals a day.

Mountain climbing is my main sport. I run approximately 50k a week. (5×10km. Very hilly) I climb 3 days a week. And I lift 3 days a week. Day 1 of lifting is chest. Day 2 is shoulders. Day 3 is legs. I dont do much back or arms because climbing hits that more than enough. But sometimes I'll throw it in if I'm bored. My diet? I don't really plan it out or count calories / macros. I just 'know' what I need I guess. I'm 5'8 and 165lb at 12% bf. So I feel I'm doing alright. I've always worked very l…

You have obviously never worked on a rig. I don't know of a single female capable of lifting 100+lbs over and over. All day. For 12 hours. For weeks on end. While living in a camp hundreds of miles from a highway. Let alone a town. I'm sure you there are women out there that could do it. But I would be willing to bet it is less than 1%
