Missunderstanding of wage gap here is baffling. I agree that 77c argumnet is a bit confusing, but actual wage gap is about gender stereotypes in jobs. Most of you are repeating to death that "it's just a difference between choices men and women make" That's exactly the point, there's no reason not to have, more men doing some "women" jobs and more women doing some "men" jobs. Apart from couple examples, no job or occupation should be viewed as gender specific.

It's not possible to effectively advocate for boys and men without criticising feminists, without saying feminists got it wrong. It's true, I was banned from feminisms for posting video about the wage gap myth. Problem is, I don't really believe it anymore, it's mostly propagated through right wing channels, which are hella sketchy to begin with. The consensus is clear, whenever you look in US, EU or anywhere else, all GOV and NGO are basically saying the same thing: Women are often (not always) earning less for the same work. It depends on many factors though, some fields are better than others.
